
Phil Hadley
Bell Boat National Trainer, Paddles Up Training Phil is a professional paddlesport Coach, Coach Developer and Provider of a number of different programmes and awards. Phil works currently as both a self employed provider and for Paddles Up Training as National Trainer for a number of roles including training and supporting Bell Boat Helm Tutors.

Phil has previously worked full time for British Canoeing and the British Canoe Union as a Club Support Officer and also as an Approvals Officer working with Quality Mark Centres.
He has coached paddlesports and deliver and assess paddlesport coach education courses, all over the world.
He has worked as an Outdoor Education Consultant for Dudley LEA, as well as being the Technical Adviser for a number of outdoor centres.
Phil considerers himself very fortunate to have travel to coach and paddle in some awesome locations around the world - Canada, Finland, New Zealand, Panama, Florida, Grand Canyon, Sakhalin - Eastern Russia, French Alps, Ardeche - hopefully that list will continue to grow!
He studied Sports at the University of Wolverhampton, where he got BSc Hons, and continued to work there part time as a visiting lecturer in Outdoor Education and Leadership.
Has contributed to articles in magazines and two chapters in the BCU Coaching Handbook.
