Molly is a Senior Inclusion and Diversity Consultant for the Sports team at Inclusive Employers. Molly brings a wide range of experience from leading EDI initiatives within an NGB, to working as a an EDI consultant at a leading LGBTQ+ national charity and also working for a local charity, supporting local businesses to be more inclusive.
